Ben came out and gave us a quote for grinding stumps on our property. He explained how he would enter the property, where he would drive, the imprints his truck would make in the lawn. He was thorough and clear and set our expections for the grinding.
The day of the grinding he was professional and did a very good job on each of the stumps. We had 11 of them that we identified to him but while he was doing them, he found others and removed them as well.
Ben spoke to us afterwards and made sure he met our expectations!

I have used Ben Muffett Foresty multiple times. I always recommend his stump grinding service to my friends and relatives. We had moved into a house by a creek and had a huge stump right in the middle of our backyard that was making mowing most difficult besides being ugly. Ben was amazing, he had to maneuver around the side of our house, a very large tree, and a very narrow pathway between the deck and the creek to get to the very large stump. 10-15 min later it had dissappeared completely into a pile of mulch. He has been my go to stump grinder ever since. I'm not one to have to wait for projects to get done. Ben is quick in responding and his prices are very affordable. I usually call him and my requested job is completed within 1-2 days. I just love watching the stump grinder demolish stumps into mulch in minutes, that would normally take days to do manually. We were introduced to Ben from the folks who did our tree pruning, Redmans Yard Maintenance and Tree Service.
Ben dropped by in advance so we could do a walk-through of our needs. Part of our job was split between us and our neighbor (the cedar was growing through the chain-link fence). He let us know in advance what day he’d be here and gave me a one-hour window for that day.
He was here yesterday to do the work. Ben was mindful about laying down plywood to protect the lawn and barriers as protectors when near the house or gas meter. It was kind of cool watching he and the machine at work.
Ben was friendly, professional, and the finished result is fantastic. He made sure the jobsite was cleaned up and the areas he worked were tidied up nicely.
By the way, he did work with our neighbor to grind their side of the tree stump, I just haven't taken those pictures yet.
